Two backrest pads are included with all bags except the small. Upper left above shows the vinyl pad for wet weather. The mesh pad shown above, upper right is for hot weather. Use the extra pad behind the bag (in between the bag and the sissy bar) to push you forward if you need to.

Both the vinyl and mesh pad have industrial grade Velcro sewn onto the back (shown above). This matches the Velcro on the bag and allows for full adjustment up and down the bag. Turn the pad upside down for middle back support. The lumbar roll snaps to the backrest pad as shown below and to the right

Inside the lumbar roll is high grade foam.
